Community Involvement
L.E. Belcher, Inc. takes its commitment to the community very seriously. We strive to enhance the quality of life in our community by virtue of our responsible marketing practices, state of the art environmental management of various petroleum facilities and through direct charitable contributions. Simultaneously - we provide a stable, economical supply source for heating and energy products to our marketing area during the extreme New England winter.
Whether coordinating the annual golf tournament for the local youth hockey association, pledging heating oil gallons to the Springfield Council of Churches to supplement the Low Income Heating Assistance Program (LIHEAP) or involvement of our employee's time in various Chamber of Commerce related activities we endeavor to enhance the quality of life in New England.
Our direct charitable contributions to such organizations as The United Way, The Boys and Girls Clubs, American Cancer Society and Muscular Dystrophy help fund research and operating support for these organizations.
We encourage our people to become involved in community, civic and trade organizations and try to support those that we feel are of merit.
