L.E. Belcher Employee Wins Award At NECSA's Annual Meeting

The New England Convenience Store Association, (NECSA), named Cathy Barber of Leonard E. Belcher, Inc. as its Legislative Leadership Award winner, the first of its kind for the association. The award was presented at their annual meeting, held on Monday, September 24th. Diana O'Donoughue, NECSA executive director, said Ms. Barber works overtime and even testified before a legislative hearing at 9pm to aid NECSA in delivering its legislative message.
